Requirements
You must be a Bay Park Civic Association member in good standing for at least the last 6 months.
Fees
$200.00 to rent the Beach House.
$250.00 to rent the Civic Center.
$200.00 refundable security Deposit.
$50.00 cancellation fee if rental is canceled less than 2 weeks prior to the rental date.
What You Get
Beach House is limited to 40 people.
Civic Center is limited to 55 people.
5 hour maximum rental, must end by 9:00 PM.
You may bring your own grill, to be used on the black-top only. Decorations may only be taped to the windows. No nails or tape on the walls. Please note that Beach House rental does NOT provide exclusive use of the beach.
