Step 1: Check Availability​​
Any date with a slash indicates that the Beach House and/or Civic Center are unavailable for rent. Please be aware that there are certain dates when the Beach House is not available to rent but is open for general use by BPCA members.

Step 2: Fill Out the Rental Agreement
​​​​​​Please read the agreement carefully and thoroughly. Please note that the Beach House rental does not provide exclusive use of the beach.​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Step 3: Book Your Date​
If your date is available and you have completed the rental agreement, email the agreement to bayparkcivc@gmail.com and click the link above to finalize your booking.
